In agreement with Adventist traditions, the Bistro was established to create a gathering place for the community to discover the positive benefits of a plant-based diet and the improved cardiovascular results for individuals who maintain this approach to nutrition. Products and dishes were chosen to enhance the flavors of local, seasonal produce—drawing in guests and visitors from the enticing smells and delicious flavors. The LivingWell Bistro features a variety of local vendors including Petunia's Dovetail Bakery, Larry & Luna's Coconut Bliss, and more.
